By listening to this episode, you will find these methods helpful for you to find your own journey in growing your business and avoiding burnout. In addition, you’ll also learn how my coaching programs can help you as well!
Jennifer’s Story
Jennifer has been an advocate for integrative aromatherapy for nearly twenty years. In addition, Jennifer has implemented my strategies to develop systems to grow her business.
Why Google For Your Business Solutions Will Not Help Set Up Systems
Googling your way to success may work if you already have support, but it’s not there to help you choose a strategy and test your market. If you don’t have a plan for your business it can easily turn into burnout, when you end up scrambling after every lightbulb that pops into your already busy coach brain. Here are a few methods you can use to plan for your business:
- Be persistent in the money-generating activities
- Develop a plan for your goals
- Prevent burnout with self-awareness
- Find the right tools to get out of the mindset that leads you to burnout
- Accountability groups are also a great resource
How to Get Started in Gaining More Sales When You Don’t Have Systems
It is very important to realize that life throws curve balls. This is why it is important to know your sources and utilize those tools consistently, for you to be able to make sales even when there are unpredictable curveballs.
The Importance of a Support System
One of the ultimate mistakes is to think that small groups or even private coaching can not help you. Small groups are a great way to introduce yourself to a form of coaching. To some, small groups is even more affordable. Furthermore, small groups also give you a structure to start with. On the other hand, private coaching gives you a more in-depth structure.
The Benefits of Private Coaching
There is no one cookie cutter approach with anyone. Everyone is different. As a result, this is where private coaching can benefit you to find your individual approach and methods to effectively grow and scale your business to the next level.
Why You Need Systems in Your Business to Prevent Burnout
As Jennifer mentioned in the episode, systems and structure are important. Furthermore, Jennifer has several different streams of income (three to be exact), and all are thriving with a plan and a purpose. In addition to this, she has developed a plan and a structure.
With a plan and a structure you are able to save time. Likewise, you will be able to realize what your targets are and what and how to implement methods into your business. As a result of realizing these things it will help your business to effectively grow.
The Difference between INFORMATION and IMPLEMENTATION
Take the information you learn from your coaching sessions and learn how to implement methods into your business. Your coach should also have the ability to translate methods in a way that you’ll understand the steps. Likewise, as an entrepreneur, you need to be able to translate this message for your business. Your method needs to be in a way that is successful for your own business plan.
Shift the Focus to Avoid Burnout
You may not decide some things right away for your business. However, it is important to consistently shift your focus to what needs to be concentrated on. This method helps you to not be as overwhelmed. In addition, not being as overwhelmed helps to prevent burnout.
