Scaling Your Business in 2021
In this episode, I discuss several ways to grow and scale your business. I’ll share with you many business tips that so many can utilize this year for their business.

The Importance of Outsourcing
We’re talking about outsourcing in your business either bringing on a marketing team member or hiring a virtual assistant, there’s a couple things I recommend having in place that you could bring to your team that would be really useful for them. So the first thing is, if you are bringing on a team to help you with your marketing, you want to have a niche summary sheet, which basically means you tell your team who you serve, what their main struggles are, what their goals are, I have a little chocolate right here, I follow online, things like that, then you also want to have a folder of all your photos.
Considering Your Content
So if you have stock photos you really like or if you have your own professional photos that you would want your VA to or whoever you’re bringing on your team, if they’re going to be doing content for you, or making graphics or anything like that, you just want to have a big giant pile of photos that they can choose from all ready to go.
And then you’re also going to want to have in place three pillars of what you talk about and what’s aligned with your brand as far as your content goes. So the top three things you talk about. And there can be many subcategories underneath each of those pillars. But making sure your team’s in tune with what you want to be known for what you talk about what’s not aligned with your brand, that kind of thing. So your pillars might be plant based nutrition,
sleep and stress management, you know, things like that if your health coach to give you an example. And then you’re also gonna want to have your principles or the kinds of expectations that you want to go over with your teammate. Because remember, anytime you bring on a team, they cannot read your mind. And you can’t read their mind. And so you want to make it really clear when you expect, you know, you guys to catch up and have updates with each other, have the best ways for them to communicate with you. Where they should put their questions how the first week is going to go. That kind of stuff. So if you have any questions about this, let me know.

Having Consistent High Ticket Months
Often I hear the question from coaches and consultants, how long is it going to take for me to be at consistent high ticket months in my coaching business? How long is it going to take
For me to launch this program successfully.
To that, I want to say a couple of things. The first thing is, it will take as long as it takes for you to believe that it’s possible and for you to embody the kind of coach and person and marketer and salesperson that usually,
often I hear the question from coaches and consultants, how long is it going to take for me to be at consistent high ticket months in my coaching business? How long is it going to take for me to launch this program successfully?
Consider Your Goals
So that I want to say a couple of things. The first thing is, it will take as long as it takes for you to believe that it’s possible and for you to embody the kind of coach and person and marketer and salesperson that you
reach that new level. So what does that really mean? Well, the first thing is, it means you have to stop asking the question of how long will it take? And instead, you have to step into the question of what today can I do? Who can I
do, I want to develop and cultivate to be the high ticket successful coach, right? And you want to be able to feel what it feels like to be successful, so
as to move forward with the trust and the actions and the next steps that allow you because that’s a big part, you have to allow yourself to be ready for this. And most people block themselves
by saying, Well, I’m not there yet. And here’s all the reasons why. And you know, here’s all the blocks I have to remove first. The truth is with your next choice, with your next investment with your next I
can be moving into being a successful coach. It’s not like a one day you wake up and all of a sudden, it’s it’s here, it’s manifested. No, this is a process of little wins and steps of build your confidence
to that place of belief that this is possible for you. So instead of asking that question of how long it will take, start asking the question, am I ready for this? Am I ready to flow and move forward? And if not, what are all these conditions you’re assigning that have to fall into place or have to be a certain way, in order for you to start believing that because those are the little things one by one you’re going to have to look at, and I’ve had so many clients who take the strategy and the coaching and the sales stuff we talked about in our program together, and just run with it and nail it and go for it. And then I have other clients who before they do that, away at the things that are they’re putting in their own way, and address them.
And also let’s think about being a coach. Okay, what kind of coach would you want somebody who is unstable, and wobbly, and you know, emotionally on a roller coaster, or someone who’s stable in their knowing that they can do this. They are, you know, they are that kind of thing. And I’m going to share with you one of the people who’s been the best mentors I’ve had on YouTube, to help me through my journey. Her name is Abraham Hicks. And I got to see her live workshop, bout two years ago, maybe one or two years ago, and I did a podcast reflecting on the takeaways I had.
And you know, I’m one of those people who loves goals, loves structure loves that stuff. But I also have a woo-woo side to me. And I think both of those things together, work. So magically, so I’m going to share the podcast, I hope you guys like it. And it’s
Online Influence Expansion
talk about the power of expanding your online influence and visibility and how sometimes directly you don’t see immediately how it creates an ROI but how it does in some
of our clients who you’re working with, with our six month comprehensive social media marketing package,
was putting out video content. We were doing that for him building his email,
some people in his online course things like that. But you know, something that happened about six months right at right around the end of the package was he got contacted by a company that wanted to essentially
or offer his coaching and give him clients at an executive level for great ROI. But also
The Power of Online Engagement
The time leading up to that he was, you know, doing his course,
high ticket course. But it was a course that you know was a little more passive, he didn’t really have to coach people privately or anything like that. But all of those little steps, the putting out the videos, the you know, making sure that his email funnel was strong things like that and amplify his brand, and helped this company see, oh my gosh, this is a quality coach, this person looks credible, that kind of thing. And so if in your business, you’re not putting out
online engagement or online reach are doing it very, very inconsistently. You might not see how directly it impacts your business. But it does potentially weave out it does have an opportunity cost it does potential to you not being discovered by people who could have discovered you had you been putting out great content had you been being consistent Have you been establishing this really nice credible, at the reason why people don’t do it is because number one, they don’t think it matters, or they don’t see result results the next day.
How to See Results
So they give up. And number two, they don’t have time. So if this describes you, if you feel like you haven’t been seeing results, and also you just need time to do this, if it takes a little time, meaning, you know, it takes more than one day or one week to build an online presence that’s going to last and gonna get you traction. And that looks different for every client, because some clients really need it in the Instagram platform, meaning they need Instagram followers that are in a certain niche. And Instagram works really well for them and some of our clients, it works better for building an email list.

Lot of coaches and clients saying that they struggle with making a decision. They’re over analyzing, they’re waiting until something’s perfect. They are over complicating things they’re getting in their own way. And so
as you have to ask yourself, what do you value? What do you understand? What can you start with? And going off of yesterday’s story where I was saying why I’m not on clubhouse, meaning I’m on there, but I’m not really using it right now.
From Business Tips to Investing
Just decision because based on where I’m investing my time or resources, my energy right now, it’s not something I want to add to my plate, because I know it would take me away from doing things that are already working that I want to be continuing to
optimizing for right now. So when you’re making an investment, think of everything as an investment of your time or your energy, or somebody resources, who you’re collaborating with, you have to choose those things.
But your criteria needs to be defined first. And I’ll give you one other example actually with exercise. Somebody might choose to do strength training, because they’ve learned from the research that it’s the most efficient thing
for their time based on their goals. And so they’re going to do strength training. But for me personally, Lately, I’ve been doing as you’ve seen me post about constantly torched because I love it, I can do at any time of day, even if I’m a little tired.
And I’m consistent with it. It’s fun. And it’s more my criteria is I have to have fun right now I have to
be able to be consistent with it for now. And so that my decision, I mean that even though it’s not the biggest ROI, technically because I could be lifting heavy weights or whatever. That’s not what I’m going for. That’s my criteria is different. So same thing in your business, you’re going to have different things.
But if you’ve never looked into what that is for you, how you want to contribute your message, what your strengths are, what your budget is how much time and energy you want to put into something, then of course you’re going to feel like it’s really
never really thought about the resources and the personality traits and the skills and things that you’re going to use or need or have to look at to make a solid decision in your business. Hey, guys, Happy Monday.
The Importance of Your Options and Outcomes
But I was reading Ray Dalio principles book. And one of the things that he talks about is how your outcomes are really only as good as your options. So in other words, if you’re expecting to be booking high ticket clients, but your options are or the way that you’ve been pursuing that is kind of like, I don’t really have a plan. I’m kind of hoping that people find me, I put myself I do some posts on social media, every once in a while, I watch a webinar, and I get really excited about a marketing strategy, and I started and then I stop it, that’s not your options, kind of stick your options to reach the outcome you want.
You’re not following through on any of them. You haven’t picked, you know, what your criteria is for making a decision. And it’s kind of like this roller coaster. So what I would suggest is to get clear on what are the outcomes you’re looking for? And then working backwards? What’s the process? What is the parts of the machine that you have to have in place, and what’s your plan for that, to beginning to that outcome, right. And obviously, this is not the only part to it, you also have a have to have a good mindset, you have to have a good offer, etc, right. But if this is where you’re struggling, and you you really just you don’t have the time, or you’re not committing to anything, you’re kind of dabbling in many things,
then definitely DM me, and let’s chat, tell me what your struggles are, oops, my battery almost died. And then also number two, just a side note that for the next month, I have a very special opportunity for those of you who are looking to kind of get your hands off of trying to grow your Instagram following trying to do your graphics, you know, and post them on the social media platform so that you’re frequently there. So that’s one part of the machine where if your online presence isn’t strong, or you’re not showing up, or you don’t know how to grow your account, or get more engagement, and that’s something that you feel, you know, when you get more people talking to you talking about you, obviously, that can convert to more clients and more calls and that kind of thing.
So that’s part of the machine where you’re like stuck or struggling, I do have an opportunity that I was only gonna bring up to my private clients, but is around amplifying your social media presence, getting your graphics out there on social media or your posts out there on social media, and growing, your online following and engagement.
