Hello friends, we’re going to talk about the common phenomenon I hear from coaches, which is my business isn’t working, or it’s not working. So if you have not yet heard about my fastway framework, from a strategic standpoint, the reason why your business might not be working can probably fit into one of those categories in my fast way framework. So if you’re curious about my fastway framework, from a strategic standpoint of why your business isn’t working, go ahead and comment fastway framework below.
Strategy and Mindset
And I can tell you more about that. But I bet you, it’s actually not just the strategy, I bet you it’s also your mindset. So if you’ve been so committed to saying my business isn’t working, and your brain has been searching for all the reasons why, to prove your point, that it’s not working, you win, you’re going to get to keep that belief, you’re going to get to keep that result of it not working. But if you want to switch to being somebody who is working your business and making your business work, you have to change the thought that your business isn’t working. Because that thought usually makes you feel how defeated, sad, disappointed, concerned, worried, etc.
And who wants to work with somebody who’s putting out a worried, concerned, disappointed in themselves vibe? And also, what kind of actions? Do you feel super excited and motivated to work on your business when you feel that way? No. So in order to change the cycle, it’s kind of like how you can’t hate yourself in the losing weight. They always say like, if you don’t like your body, or if you’ve been shaming yourself or self loathing to try to get yourself to change your habits, that never works. Because, again, what do you do when you’re being mean to yourself, and when you’re feeling crappy? It’s really hard, you feel like you’re moving forward and a heavy sled behind you, when it comes to taking actions in your business, right? Or towards that goal or habit.
So instead, you have to think about with curiosity, what might work? How am I going to work it? How am I going to make it work? And what collecting the data rather than just making up a thought, which is it’s not working? That is not necessarily true, because what might be happening is it might not be working yet. Or it might be just about to work and right under the surface, but you give up or you change course or you dismiss it or stop being consistent with it because you think it’s not working. But it’s not working yet. So in order to get real with yourself, rather than saying it’s not working, do something more productive, like, take inventory on what have been your inputs?
Outputs and Inputs
And what have been the outputs of those inputs. also thinking about what? How many offers have you made this week? How many proposals have you made this week? And, how many pre-offers, as we talked about before, in my videos in this group? Have you made meaning inviting people to your lead magnet or your Facebook group or whatever it is? And when you get real with yourself about those numbers, you can start to get a feel for Okay, well what is coming from those results?
Well, maybe it’s this many no replies this many yeses, this many questions, I don’t know. But be more analytical and logical and objective. It looking at your inputs, rather than than just dismissing it all and saying it’s not working. And also don’t do that to yourself as a CEO, especially as a beginner entrepreneur. Because if you are loading the process, and getting down on yourself, and saying it’s not working, you are setting yourself up for a country to continue to not work because your brain stubbornly wants to prove its own point. And if you can come back to why did I start this in the first place?
How can I be curious about what will work. And, you know, or somebody who will ask for help. And, look for resources and use this community, I bet you your results are going to change.
