About Susan Axelrod
Susan Axelrod is a passionate speaker, legacy coach, author, and sales expert who helps individuals and nonprofit leaders build confidence, clarify purpose, and take meaningful action. After decades working in fundraising and philanthropy, Susan developed a unique approach to confident selling, rooted in authenticity, impact, and service.
Susan launched her personal coaching practice in 2015 after years of friends and colleagues telling her how much clarity and motivation they gained from conversations with her. Today she works with clients through deeply personal coaching conversations that help them face truth, gain confidence, and move forward with purposeful outcomes. She is a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Alliance and is also certified as a Trauma-Informed Professional Coach.
In addition to her coaching practice, Susan runs Confident Fundraising, where she mentors nonprofit leaders and CEOs on how to overcome the fear of asking and successfully raise funds for causes that matter. A lifelong advocate for philanthropy, Susan has served as a pro bono advisor to numerous organizations and continues to dedicate her work to helping people create meaningful impact through generosity and purpose.
Susan is the author of seven books in her soul-connection series, and The AI Confidence Handbook for Women Leaders™. She is the creator of the Intuitive Business System™ and the author of its textbook. She lives in Sedona, Arizona, and is a proud alumna of Mount Holyoke College.
