We are now in JUNE… which means 2023 is almost HALFWAY OVER. 😲 I like to use this halfway point of the year as a time to REFLECT on wins, struggles, & improvements for what I can do different to make the rest of 2023 my best.
If you’re a business owner or driven by personal development, I’d encourage you to do the same.
Rank your business on a scale of 1 to 10 in the following areas…
- Audience Growth: Are you growing your audience & interested leads each week with people who fit your target demographic?
- Audience Nurturing: Are you building personal relationships with your audience & asking them intentional questions so that you can deliver value to them?
- Sales: Are you inviting your audience to connect with you in your sales process & converting leads on a regular basis?
- Client Delivery: Are you delivering your services to your clients in a way that is beneficial and retaining them?
- Time Management: Are you using your time in your business to focus on client-generating activities or activities that align with your goals?
Once you’ve ranked yourself, ask yourself these questions…
- In each of the categories above that you did not rank as a 10, what problems are you facing?
- What is the ROOT CAUSE of those problems?
- What’s the next logical step you could take to start resolving these problems?
- For the BIGGEST problem you’ve identified, how will you prioritize taking steps to start resolving it this week?
