In this episode, Terrell Jones and I discuss finding time for your business when your busy with working full time elsewhere.
By listening to this episode you will learn how to successfully manage your time.
What is good, my coach, speaker familia hope everything is well. And I’m excited. I’m super excited for today because we’re really going to be focused on how to attract clients on autopilot. Specifically, why you’re working a full time job and a lot of people, especially you’re part of this group, you might have been trying to figure out like, Well, how do I, how do I get clients? How do I do it, especially in a way from my headphones on, especially in a way that’s gonna allow you to do it around your job, maybe you work a full time job.
Maybe you’re you’ve been trying to get clients because you got a ton of things going on. And really, at the end of the day, it’s about I’m doing this other activity that’s currently generating me money because I’m not making enough money in terms of my actual business yet if you started your coaching business, but how do I?
How do I find the time and energy? And how do I come up with a system that’s going to allow me to eventually be a coach full time and eventually get the type of clientele that I want to get so I’m gonna go ahead and bring Hailey on are really excited for some of us. We, a lot of us, we started to get warmed up to Hailey, you might have known her we’ve done laughs together. You know, she’s came and been a part of my group and serve so much. So we’re gonna bring Hailey on. And to get some client tail.
Hailey. Hello, hello. How are you?
Right, doing amazing. How about yourself?
I’m doing well. I’m excited to be back. Oh, yes.
Yes, yes, yes. Hello. So let’s show show some love say say hi in the chat. But also gonna be watching the replay, save professional play, hashtag replay. If you’re watching this, and say hi to everybody else.
Hello, glad you guys are here. So, um, yeah, let’s, let’s talk about it. Hailey. Um, you know, we really today what I put us as a focus for today is how to get clients on autopilot. And, specifically, I know we’re full time doing this now. But I kind of want us to, because a lot of folks that follow me, and I’m sure with you as well, you know, folks are still working full time. Right? They still trying to figure out like, how do I go full time doing this business?
And what do I need to do? What are some strategies? What are some tips? Like, give me something right? So as part of this coaching, connected fan, they you know, they know, we give them the real we give them the role we give them like the practical tips. I’m excited. So you’re ready to ready to dive in? Really diving in?
Alright, alright, let’s do it. Alright. So how about we give them the quick synopsis? You know, I think folks are starting to warm up.
But, you know, we get new members as part of his coaching speaking connection group every literally every day. I think just over the last week, we might have like 50 new members that join a group. So this might be the first time seeing you. Hell, and maybe the first time see me, like go live, right? So. Would you mind giving them a quick, maybe like a quick overview of like, kind of like who you are, and you help?
Definitely. So I am a marketing and sales coach. And I also do some marketing services for people. So. When you say autopilot, if you don’t want to do some of the work when it comes to getting clients, I can help you with that. But, really. I work with high ticket coaches, or people who want to be high ticket coaches in the health and wellness industry, life coaching personal development space, primarily an online service providers. So. My goal is to help as many coaches and online professionals as I can keep doing what they love to do.
The importance of marketing systems and principles
And. A lot of times they can’t keep doing what they want to do, because they don’t have marketing systems and principles and, and things in place to be able to be booking clients. So. My goal is to help you do that. And keep doing what you love. And. I think a lot of, I totally understand what you’re saying when you say people who have full time day jobs, and they’re trying to work their side hustle because I too used to have a lot of side jobs. And trying to grow my business. I was running around all over the place and felt that weight of switching costs like oh, I got to switch from being on camera to being on you know, my computer and then I got to go train somebody at a gym.
And then I got to go, and I was just like all over the place. And so it was actually when I worked in the wellness, startup world and business development and marketing. I kind of put my coaching complete on the side during that time. Because it was such a demanding job. And that was my biggest regret. Because that company ended up having to let everybody go because they were facing all these delays and having all these challenges. An entire team got let go. I’ve just been told I was going to get promoted. I thought it was a stable situation. And it wasn’t.
And I had to start from scratch with my coaching. So. For all of you out there who are like, it’s so hard to juggle everything, and you’re thinking about giving up. I would say, if this is really what you want to do long term don’t give up. Because I had to, you know, really start from scratch. And that was really hard to do.
Wow, wow. You know, and that’s the real, right. That’s the wrongness. And I’m, I really appreciate it. And for those who don’t know, if this is your first time seeing me, hello. I’m your host, Terrell Jones. I’m the owner of this group. You know, very similar to, you know, to Hailey’s story. You know, wasn’t born into this, born into this coaching, right? I didn’t know anybody was like successful coaches, and you know, making six figures. Anybody kind of, you know, doing this situation, and I grew up from literally New York City and the projects, to, you know, being able to graduate college.
Then, you know, few years later, I started just helping some folks kind of get to the college that I was my first at as a, I’m a coach. But. I literally didn’t know what to do. Struggled for two years trying to figure this thing out. And it wasn’t until I started getting coaches, I started getting mentors, that things really, you know, been able to change. Now you know, we impact, you know, 10s of 1000s of people around the world. Actually. Just in the last year, my content is impacted over 1.2 million people online.
And, you know. Looking at my insights, so I’m excited about that. And, you know, coaching hundreds of people each and every month, is just such a blessing. So. I’m excited about that. With that being said, let’s talk about it. Cuz I know y’all got questions. So how we’re going to do this is we’re really going to talk about like, how do you get clients? Right? How do you do that? And I want us to add a little twist on kind of keeping in mind, how do we do that, while working a job, right? I know, if you if you still working a full time job, go ahead and put full time below. If youre still working full time jobs. Just so we know how many people we got on that still is working full time jobs.
And. And. That’s kind of that’s the kind of edge a twist that we’re gonna, that we’re going to get to today. And then we’ll do for those who want some additional help. We’ll share with you some additional help. I think some folks really kind of got excited about the joint package that we’re doing. So. Maybe today Cyber Monday. So. I didn’t even ask Hailey yet to see if she wanted to extend, to extend our we had like a Black Friday package we wanted to do together. And. I thought it’d be fun to say it’s Cyber Monday, you know, it’s just not Friday. So. You know. Maybe. Maybe. We’ll give you guys an opportunity, at some point throughout this. If you, if you, if you need some additional help in terms of coaching. And then make sure you write your questions down the entire time.
Because after we do kind of that, and Stephen wants to get help, then we want to go into Q&A. Alright. So we do for maybe the next 30 minutes and make some things happen. Sounds good, alright. So let’s start off. So. I mean. What kind of, what kind of tips do you have? For folks in terms of like, hey, like, this is what I hear. You know, hey, I’m passionate about doing this. I want to help people.
Like I’m calling this is my God given gift. I should teach. I should coach. People who tell me I should mentor people. To actually be a counselor. But I want to do this, but I can’t seem to find a time in my schedule to do it. Because I’m super busy. I’m a mom. I got a job and a bunch of things going on. What do you say to that person who really wants to do this? But they don’t feel like they have the time to do it?
Yeah, well, I would say that you don’t have the luxury of trial and error. Saying over and over again and guessing your way to success. So. The sooner you can find a coach or mentor or program or something that gives you pre made, here’s the structure, here’s what to focus on. So. You don’t have to plan what you got to focus on.
And. The actual time to do the things that you have to focus on. The better. So that’s the first thing. I definitely, when I was starting my business was in so many different programs and mentorship things and, and whatnot. And. It helped me so much just have direction on like, where do I start. How do I prioritize all this. Let’s, you know, what should I be doing? And. So. That’s the first thing. The other thing I would say is you don’t have the luxury of time to do the things that are just fun. But don’t actually move your business forward.
So. In other words, you know, things are really great, beautiful graphic on Instagram might be fun, and it might feed your ego and it might make you feel good, but it doesn’t really do as much as you need to be moving if you have a limited amount of time. So. Making sure that you understand at the foundation of your business and the business certainty that you want. I always use this example of Brooke Castillo his equation, it’s the number of offers you make minus the nose equal your results.
So if you’re not doing things every day to get closer to have the opportunity to make offers to people. If you’re not learning from your why’s or getting any no’s in your business and doing the hard stuff. Then you’re not going to be able to be selling the packages that you want. So. Prioritizing. Connecting with your ideal clients. Having calls with people to talk about what you do and learn from your audience about what they want, so that you can meet with the time you do have giving them at least what they want.
And your content. And things like that. Like those are the things you want to be prioritizing much more than, you know, I think I’m going to do this really long blog post today. And yeah, that can help. That’s what we call a long term marketing strategy and indirect marketing. But if you don’t have a lot of time, you have to kind of be direct, and connect. The more people you can talk to who are in your niche, the better. So. Prioritize messaging. Prioritize, going to a networking event. And, prioritize offering to speak for a group of, you know, that has your ideal clients in it, things like that are much better use of your time.
Oh, love it, love it. That’s so dope. It was and it makes me it makes me think about when I first got started in, you know, my first two years really doing it was was very shaky for me. And a reason why I was so shaky was I was doing, I was doing all the things that I thought I should do. Like, I love the fact that you said, you know, you don’t gotta like, you don’t want to be trying to figure this out through trial and error, right?
Like, a lot of us, like I get, like, I’m on I’m on calls with people every day, all types of ages, right? And they want to join us coach and they want to do it, you know, they want to do it so bad. And I have people who say one of their motivators, especially as you get older is like, Yo, listen, you know, Coach T, I’m 50 years old. Like, I don’t have a lot of time, I don’t got a lot of time to make this happen, right? Like, the clock is ticking, I’m getting ready to retire, the clock is ticking, right? Or I hate my job, the clock, The clock is ticking. I’ve been trying to figure this out, I was just on the phone with a lady. And she was like trying to do this for 13 years. Right?
And, you know. So. For us to really figure it out, we got to we got to make sure that we’re working on the right things. And. My first two years, I wasn’t like I was in a place where I was just doing what I thought was right, I was trying to focus on the colors, the Logos, the you know, the websites, and I was focused on a bunch of different things from instead of just doing what my core, the core reason why we all get into coaching, right? is, you know, obviously you want to make the money, but we get in it to make an impact. Right?
So we get in this to make an impact or impact in every day. Right? That’s simple question. Right? We get in because we want to help people to impact. So show me show me who you impacted yesterday, who you impacted a week ago? And How had I was having this conversation with myself. When I first began, I would have been like, I’m just kind of doing stuff that I think is correct. Right? So you know. If you are in a place where you kind of been struggling for for a minute, or you kind of been figuring it out, you’re not sure. It’s probably because you don’t know the structure or you don’t have a system to attract clients consistently. Right?
So you have a system. It’s about figuring out okay, well, what is the system? So I’m actually working on the right things. And it’s like, what you were saying, Hailey? And then also okay, how am I actually going to fit this into my schedule, right? So I have, let’s just say, I got the system work with a coach about now, how do I put this into a system? Like, let’s just say, what does that really look like? So I’m curious to hear your thoughts, Hailey, like, what is your How do I how do I take? How do I organize my day? Let’s say I’m working nine to five, I’ll work overnight or whatever, like, how should somebody think about organizing their day to do the right activities that they should be doing?
Yeah, really good question. And before I go into that, I just want to add to something you mentioned. So with the one thing that in the beginning, a lot of coaches I see doing is they do they do get a website, they do things but they didn’t have to spend money on initially to start to get proof of their own concept.
So in other words, one thing I just want to let you guys know if you’re new, focus first on exactly what you said, Terrell, what can I give to people? How can I serve people today? How can I practice my coaching skills on someone and then that will develop into a coaching relationship things like that, as opposed to I need to develop a website? That’s the first step of course, that’s the first step. It’s not because you need to learn from your ideal clients what they actually what their pain points are, so that when you make a website, the copy is more on point.
You understand what resonates with people and so you’re not spending money on a website before you have any proof of concept whatsoever, any indication of what your niche wants, because I’ve had so many people come to me and they’re like, I have this beautiful website, but now I’m totally changing my niche. I’m totally changing my offer. i i You know, it’s not gotten me anywhere, and you’re a couple $1,000 In a trip in down the drain. Instead take that couple $1,000 and put it into like you said assist a coach, a mentor, etc.
And get that direction. The other thing I want to mention is no matter what there’s going to be trial and error, but why not take more calculated, clear trial and error and with a structure you talked about. Okay, so now let’s talk about structuring your actual day. So I, you know, I could go on and on about this for a long time, so I’m going to try to narrow it down. But when you’re planning your week, you will or day I should say, you want to start with looking at what you already have going on and being real with yourself. I can’t tell you how many times people do fairytale planning where they’re like, Okay, yeah, I know, I have my day job.
But today, for some reason, magically, I’m going to have all this extra time to focus on my business and move slam all these tasks towards the end of the day, and you’re honestly setting yourself up for failure. So looking realistically, at what are your obligations, you have to show up to today? What do you know, where do you got to go, etc, etc.
The importance of learning how to batch your time
And batching that out, like, literally be like this, I’m not going to get home from work realistically, until 5:30, yada, yada, okay, I have to eat dinner, probably 30 minutes for that, and batching out the real regular things, then from there, look at what is left. And if there’s nothing left, then we have to really actually ask yourself, Where are opportunities in your life where you can cut back and say no, and maybe not be as, you know, doing the bake sale and doing the all the other extracurricular activities but aren’t, you know, are taking up every spare minute of your time.
But after that, when you do have a little space, you have to ask yourself, what is, first of all, as long as this is assuming you know your niche, you know, what you want to offer, you know, all that those foundational pieces, hopefully you have those in place first. But once you have that, you should really be asking yourself, what are the money generating activities, what are the client generating activities, and focusing that maybe two hour window or whatever, on connecting with your ideal clients.
And we talked both you and I talked about how you can do that there’s a million different ways you could do it, which is why so many people are overwhelming and jump from thing to thing, and don’t actually stick to anything. So there’s tons of information out there. But your job is actually to constrain and make a decision about what you’re going to focus on today, with the time you have that’s going to move you forward and put you in front of your clients. And there is this thing where I think people just don’t make a decision.
Or as soon as they make their decision and they start doing it, they feel like they should be doing something else. So they’re not even really doing it that well. So your job is actually to become more decisive and be like, this is the plan I made.
It’s the two hours that I have, yeah, I’m going to probably feel scared or discomfort or like I want to procrastinate on it, I’m aware of that, I’m going to line up with my choice and do it and carry the self doubt with me while I do it. And do it. And that is like part because half of it is not even do is not even the task. It’s all a mental drama you have about doing the task, and you’re making it so much harder on yourself. So if you if you subscribe to that put me in the comments. But
I’m going to spend my two hours for example, reaching out to some local places I want to partner with. And see if we could do some kind of like Instagram live together, or I could do a guest posts for their newsletter and offer my services or something and literally plan out what what is going to be in that two hours. Where I see a lot of people go wrong. And. So write down outreach or website or connect with a ideal client. That’s so general, you have to tell your brain literally what are the exact Who are you reaching out to?
Which which referral partners are you connecting with today, et cetera, et cetera. So I like to batch my days in the morning. And go through my regular kind of journal prompts that get me lined up about what I’m expecting for the day. What obstacles might arise for the day, what might trip me up. And how will I handle that today, and then time batch. What the day looks like and get really specific with my tasks.
You could also do a weekly version of this. And I have a podcast episode actually on Health Coach Nation podcast about it’s called A Time Management System that You Can Actually Stick to. So. If anybody wants the replay of that just put time management in the comments and I’ll send it to you later. But it goes a little more in depth about how to plan your whole week.
Wow, I love it. Wow, that’s so many gyms drop go ahead and put value in the comments. Give this this is wow this this is this is amazing. And you know absolutely. And I can tell you some of the things that that have been a game changer for me has been it’s been find pockets of time throughout my day. Right so like once you have it, you you have to figure out you have to identify and be for like a lot of us like we have jobs but there’s this times in your day where you know you can slip out for me I justified it in my head. I said well, they get a smoke break so you don’t want to have. And, you know, so the last job I was at? I was working for Johnson and Johnson. Right.
And this is, you know, is in Jersey, right? I’m in New York City now. And, and they have, you know, they had like little break rooms and stuff like that. You know, I would take these mentioned breaks, you know, or smoke breaks, I would take them in, and I would and I would say, hey, you know what, I got 1520 minutes before meeting or I’m just taking a break. And that would be time where I would potentially take a call, I might potentially, you know, do some DMs and reach out to some folks, right, you know, we can jump into some quick client strategies, you know, but I was using some of that time to, you know, to really push my business forward.
Like how me and Hailey was mentioning earlier, you know, the time that you do have, because your time is limited, you can’t just spend your time scrolling and just doing random activities, you really got to be super focused and know what you’re going to do during what timeframe? What do you use that for, if you nobody got time, for me, before, I would not use my lunch break effectively, once I started, like really being on a path to making six figures.
If you as the look at what I will be doing throughout the day, I would literally have time booked. during my lunch break. I know I had to take a lunch break every day. So I said during my lunch break, I’m gonna take calls, and I had an hour long lunch break, and literally for 45 or 50 minutes, and sometimes the entire hour, I will use that.
And I knew I had that one slot available and ready, I can take a call at least once a day. And then I started utilizing my drive home. So I was able to take two appointments a day, if I’m able to do two appointments a day. And I’m able to book those with people throughout the week. That’s 10 appointments. If I can at least get one or two or three of those people to say, Yes, I’m building. And that’s exactly what I did. And I just started building it and building it.
Being consistent until I was I was able to save enough and be generating enough money to say I feel comfortable going full time and transition. Right? Yeah, I think a lot of us we don’t we don’t plan it out that way. So we kind of just doing random things that you would never be able to if your goal is to make 10k a month 15 20k, whatever. If you’re not planning and be very specific about the time we’re going to be doing with it, then you’re not you’re not it’s very unlikely you’re going to be able to hit your goal or you protect your job properly.
Yeah, what’s acknowledged about what you said is that you were kind of habit what we do what we call habit stacking. So like, and something you’ll learn about yourself as a business owner, as you’re starting to grow and do things is you’ll learn like when you when to schedule certain things, because you can multitask with something else for that thing or something like that. So for example, what I mean by that is, I’m going to the airport on Wednesday, I’m purposely saving my LinkedIn messages to answer at the airport, because that’s like a really easy task for me to do at the airport, I could answer now. But right now I really need to be on my computer and doing other things.
And so you start to learn, like, when is the most efficient time for me to plan this. So you knew in your car, you could take a call, you knew on your lunch break, you could step outside and do some outreach or do whatever you had to do. That’s really a valuable lesson to learn about yourself, like, oh, like ask yourself, when do I do best on certain things? What are some of my tests that I could do?
While I’m like, Could I listen to my, you know, training from Coach T, while I’m cooking dinner, and therefore you’re multitasking, you’re listening to the call and you’re making dinner or I go on my walks and I listen to the my business things I have to learn or I send my voice note to my team or whatever, you know, start to think about how can you stack things because sometimes you just don’t have that free space to sit in a quiet, you know, situation and be very focused.
And that’s the other thing I want to point out too is like, don’t wait for the perfect, perfect circumstances to start doing things in your business because it and like I’ve had, I’ve talked to so many women who are like, Oh, my Oh, my house is cluttered. And my desk is messy. So therefore I can’t sit down and do this thing. It’s like no, this is this is just you have to because the clutter and the desk and the mess and the imperfections are always going to be there in some way, shape, or form. If you keep finding a reason why you can’t start your business now there will always be another reason.
Love it, love it, love it. I hope you’re taking away some gems. Hope you’re really taken away for some gems. And so give us some likes if you are like this, so let’s give so we get ready to transition. I know some folks have been asking for some help and you like, Oh, I just need to get some help or you want us to kind of look at your stuff or you know, you want to just see if you can get some additional just coaching the trainer on this.
So we’ll jump into that one second, but let’s give them one. Like what would you say is like a big tip in terms of like client attraction. I know some folks are like All right, cool. I’m ready to learn what do I need to be doing during these gaps in my day? I know I need to make time throughout my day. But what should I be doing and to fill that time with the right activity? So what do you see as the right activity in terms of client attraction?
Yeah, I would say you need to decide where are you going to be sending everything so so what I mean by that is like, when you are connecting with people, for example, or networking on LinkedIn, or you’re doing a post on Instagram with a call to action to connect with you, or something like that, what are you currently focused on trying to, to get so in other words, for most people, it’s discovery calls, so it’s phone calls. So in order to get phone calls, you need to have something where you give value upfront, and then naturally, easily invite them to call with you.
So my suggestion would be get clear on what is your freebie or lead magnet, your pre offer thing that gives value upfront that your ideal clients would actually want. And then your time, your limited time, is focused on getting everybody to that one thing, so that you have focus, you’re not sending them to your website, and your Facebook group and your podcasts and all the things right now you’re just focused on that freebie.
And you’re, you know, seeing if who might want that. I’m a big, huge fan of the book, The Prosperous Coach, where they talk about offering a free mini session or offering something where you’re giving the experience of coaching, you’re treating people like your clients upfront, and then naturally, it’s a natural progression. So any way you can do that, whether you have a video training that you make once, and it gives so much value, and then at the end, you invite them to call, that’s what I’d be focused on promoting.
And how you promote that is, typically for most people, you start with one or two social media platforms that you’re going to use for, quote unquote, lead generation. And then how you do lead generation is different on each platform. So there’s, you know, we both have probably a lot of trainings on that, but like, you know, for example, LinkedIn, you’d be, you’d be connecting with people in your target audience by sending connection requests.
If they accept your connection requests, you can introduce yourself and you know, share, share more and learn more about them. And really just what we call conversational marketing, which is not sending a huge, long pitch to somebody and expecting them to buy from you. It’s something where you’re starting conversations with people seeing what you can give to them or what they want from you when it comes to your content and on your page. All that stuff. And that’s how you should start.
Love it, love it, love it. Oh, yeah. Dan, like a masterclass from Hailey today. She came to play no games. I love it. Yeah, I mean, I agree with that. And just just this kind of quick tip for me is, is really put this into chat, you know, more conversations are equal, but the equal symbol equals more clients, more conversations equals more clients, and really, you know, which is something we’re headed to sentences, you got to get more conversations, like, it’s got to be talking to more people, you know, what we do is different than like trying to sell a book, if somebody you just trying to sell like a book, you might send somebody a link to Amazon as they go by?
Well, it’s not really like that in terms of coaching people got to go through like stuff, he was saying, like the experience, they kind of want to feel what you’re going to be like, as a coach, they want to trust you, they want to know that you’re going to be a good coach, you’re gonna you’re gonna have value to provide them. So in order to really do that, you got to be having conversations with people, right? Initially, especially on social media initially, that’s going to be through DM or private private message.
And then once we start to build and begin to report on that relationship, then you escalate the, the escalate the conversation, to more of a, you know, it could be video, it could be over the phone, and and then from there, you’re an operator, you have to put you have an opportunity to really understand what people are going through what their goals are, and then also be able to share what your solution is. And if it’s a good match, you know, they’ll come in, if they feel good about it, they come in, but that’s not something that’s just gonna happen because you put a post them on social media, right?
That’s gonna happen because you’ve been having actual real, personalized conversations with people. Right? So that’s, that’s the idea. So this is helpful, go ahead and put helpful in the chat. Real quick, because we got a few minutes left. We got something special that we want to share with the world that I’m actually super excited about. So today is Cyber Monday. And a lot of folks have been loving hear from Hailey, they love they kind of love this duo that we’ve been doing. He’s just been rocking with us and rock with our community for a while now.
So we decided we want to do something special and we’re going to do it for Cyber Monday. So you’re going to extend this for Cyber Monday. Basically what we’re going to be doing is a two for one, two for one deal. For those who know I have a program that This quote PCI certification I’m super excited about and really, you know, helping you from all parts of the process being a great coach to, you know, to showing you specifically like how to do the content, how to do marketing and sales leads. And Hailey has her own style of how she does it as well.
Right What we want to share with you.
Yeah, definitely, it’s called the Zero to Hero coach, fast track. And basically, it goes through my fast framework, which is by followers actions, sales, time management, and transportation. So what we mean by followers is building your base up with potential clients, and how do you nurture leads and talk to leads? Action is all about how do you create content and messaging that’s compelling enough that people want to take action and talk to you and reach out to you?
Sales is about obviously discovery calls, what are you selling to? How do you coach through objections? What’s your offers all that good stuff? Time management is? Where should you spend your time, kind of like what we talked about today. And then transformation is what’s the transformation you want to provide for your ideal clients, and what’s the personal mindset transformation, you have to go through to get outside of your comfort zone, grow your business, do all those things and kind of coaching you through all those little roadblocks that come up along the way. So that is, those are the topics that are covered marketing, sales, time management mindset, creating your offer.
And what I love about what we’ve combined here is that we’re both hands on in these programs and coaching you in a small group setting and answering your questions and giving you perspective and all that stuff. And this is two for one deal, which is amazing. Most coaches are not doing that. Um, so I think it’s a good and yours talks about to the speaking aspect and how to think you said there’s a certification involved. So it’s perfect, you can go back as a coach, and the confidence to market yourself.
Yep, and be a speaker and she had to get on stages and all of that, right? Because remember, speaking of coaching, this same sides have different sides of the same coin, right? So I show you, we show you all of that. So if you’re in a position right now, where you’re like, I need to learn this like this. I know, I want to learn this. I’m trying to figure this out. I want to go into 20 this new 2022 year, you know, bigger, stronger, better than ever. I want this to be a fresh year fresh start for me. And you want help from two coaches, you know, so funny.
I remember watching the interview with Jordan. And he said, Jordan, how many how many coaches you had a prime and coach and Jordan had in his prime 12 coaches. Wow. And I’m like, wow, like That’s right. But he’s the top he’s on top. He’s the He’s the number one basketball player are to ever play the game, that was such a slogan. But it’s so funny how he’s also the person that ever had the most coaches. It’s interesting, right? Yeah. So you know, so remember, like you unique coaches, that’s going to be strong in certain areas that you need help with.
So if that’s you, and you want to take advantage of this one time only, there’s one time only deal. We’ve never done anything like this. So if you want access to this special deal, just go ahead and put in the comments on Cyber Monday deal. But Cyber Monday deal in the comments. Again, what I’ll do is I’ll follow up with you afterwards. And and, you know, we’ll let you know if you can kind of give you an assessment and see if you’re a good fit for it. If you’re not, I’m not going to recommend something you’re not a good fit for so but I’ll kind of see what your situation is.
And if I feel like you’ll benefit from it, especially with cyber Monday deal that we have, then, you know, we’ll, we’ll see about the anyway. Okay, so you can get the ball rolling on that. Cool. I saved from, from our folks watching the replay, hashtag replay, and it puts everyone when they do in the comments. All right. Um, I noticed Hailey gotta go. I gotta run soon as well.
Maybe we’ll take one question. One or two questions. We got a couple minutes left. Who if you have any questions? And I see you, Nicole. Yeah. I love it. Love it. Thank you both. Thank you. Any questions, any questions about anything we talked about? Today? We’ll take the first one or two people to ask a question. And we got a capital effect that any questions around time management, which is what we talked about any questions around? How to get clienteles? And what’s it saying what to do? Any questions around?
Specifically, either how to manage your day, how to find time throughout the day, how to identify who your audience is, Hailey touched on that and your niche in just being clear on that. So you even know what to work on. So those are some, those some questions, or some areas and topics that we touched on today that you can ask. Okay, so any questions? Go ahead and put that in the chat? Because since identify your audience want to grab that.
Yeah, sure. So first, I would ask yourself, what is the problem you’re trying to solve and who has that problem and is willing to pay to solve that problem. If you are a relationship coach for and you notice that a lot of people in high stress executive positions don’t have a lot of time to put into their relationship and their relationships are struggling or something like that, you might say, well, I’m going to focus on executives who are struggling to make juggle the work life balance and relationships at home and all that stuff.
That’s one example. I also I have a free niche marketing training at Hailey row.com That just kind of guides you through how to create your elevator pitch and who you want to serve. And what is your ideal client really look like? So asks you some detailed questions about that. But I think the main thing is focus on a niche that wants you know, is is growing, so not a niche that’s going to expire, be extinct. A niche that is able to pay for your services, a niche that’s not so extreme, meaning they’re not so depressed or so exhausted or so insert, whatever extreme that you’re, you know, whatever extreme that they wouldn’t be looking for a coach or somebody to help them I don’t know what you provide.
But if you’re a coach that’s you don’t want to work with people who are just so tired, they need an app and they’re not googling coaching, right? And then that they have a problem you you want to solve for them and that you feel confident in solving for them. So those would be some of the things I would include.
All right, I love it. Love it, love it. Love it all right so um show some love show some love that’s that’s gonna conclude this week’s mentorship Monday and thank you Hailey so much for for coming by and showing love to our coaching speaking community and really just gonna given given away free game and advice or wisdom This is stuff people pay for so where can folks find you Hailey and connect with you.
