Launch Reboot: How to Restructure Your Marketing Funnel, Offers & Strategy for Growth
In this episode, Health Coach Nation Podcast Host, Hailey Rowe sits down with her client Sarah Haas, a women’s weight release and body love coach who has been in the health coaching industry for more than 20 years.
Sarah shares her journey from graphic design and personal training into health coaching, how her son’s Type 1 diabetes diagnosis changed the direction of her life, and how she built her coaching business through local workshops, free consultations, funnels, group programs, and private coaching.
After years of trying different strategies and eventually feeling capped by her existing business model, Sarah decided it was time for a launch reboot. She worked with Hailey to audit her landing pages, improve her funnels, address objections, strengthen her marketing, and restructure her offers.
The changes helped Sarah shift her focus toward higher-ticket private coaching while turning her group program into an evergreen step-down offer. She also shares how getting the right support helped her overcome uncertainty around pricing, marketing, visibility, and the fear of making the wrong move.

Key Quotes from This Episode
- “That’s what brought me to you because I really needed you. I had the funnel in place, but I wanted more of an audit and a look at the structure of it and how to tweak the structure and change it and then also improve the marketing part of it.” -Sarah Haas
- “So instead of trying to work so hard to get a few people into that one course, that has made a really big difference. And there was a little bit of a hesitation for me, just the confidence, like, really, are people going to go from a free gift to a full coaching package? But yes, that can happen.” -Sarah Haas
About Sarah Haas
Sarah Haas is a Women’s Weight Release and Body Love Coach who helps women create healthier, more balanced, and joyful lives by transforming the way they care for their bodies, minds, and overall well-being.
A single mom of two, Sarah understands firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling family, work, relationships, and the demands of everyday life. Her own health journey began when her six-year-old son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Determined to help keep her son healthy, Sarah immersed herself in learning about nutrition and began making meaningful changes for herself and her family.
Years later, in 2019, Sarah received a Stage II breast cancer diagnosis—a wake-up call that changed her life. She realized she had spent years caring for everyone else while neglecting her own health and well-being. Through that experience, Sarah learned the importance of listening to her body, prioritizing self-care, and recognizing that true wellness encompasses much more than diet and exercise.
Today, Sarah is cancer-free and brings more than 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and coaching to her work. She trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a certified personal trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America.
Sarah’s personal transformation has extended beyond her physical health. She has taken control of her eating habits, mindset, energy, and life, making difficult changes that have allowed her to experience greater strength, confidence, freedom, and joy.
Through her coaching, Sarah is passionate about helping women stop putting themselves last and learn how to nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits. Her mission is to help women feel healthy, balanced, energized, confident, and free—so they can create a life where they don’t simply go through the motions, but have the energy and vitality to show up as the best version of themselves.
