Deep Breathing Helps Stress
Deep breathing tells your nervous system you’re not under stress. As a result, this can help you not to feel so anxious.
Give Yourself Permission
Give yourself permission to feel your emotions. For instance, it’s okay to grieve. Furthermore, it’s okay to cry. As a matter of fact, you need to know it’s not a sign of weakness

It’s not about what you do to reduce your anxiousness and overwhelm. As a matter of fact, it’s HOW you do it. Furthermore, you need to keep this in mind when you are trying to reduce your overwhelming thoughts and anxious feelings.

When You Lack Control
You will not be 100% in control all the time and that’s okay. Furthermore, it is good to realize you are not always going to be in control.
